All the leftists who decry the clown who said "yes" the hypothetical sick man should die are likely the same chorus who say "yes" to abortion and the "right" to procure one.
For the record, Ron Paul said "no" the hypothetical guy shouldn't die.
But Ron Paul called our attention to something no one wants to consider in America any more:
