Non-libertarian Mark in Spokane reminds us that the debate over healthcare could well begin with the observation "that excessive government controls impair access to the insurance market by driving up costs, thus making health insurance less accessible" — A humane libertarian approach to the health insurance market.

All the leftists who decry the clown who said "yes" the hypothetical sick man should die are likely the same chorus who say "yes" to abortion and the "right" to procure one.

For the record, Ron Paul said "no" the hypothetical guy shouldn't die.

But Ron Paul called our attention to something no one wants to consider in America any more:

Personal responsibility.
