Even the devil deserves his advocate.
This study offers no proof at all of causation; if I were to compare breast cancer rates in all adults (men and women) with breast cancer rates in adults who wear bras (which would be almost exclusively women), I would find a much stronger correlation than these researchers did. And even so, it would not prove that wearing a bra increases your breast cancer risk in any way.
