That is good news.
My daughter who just came back from a semester in Rome says that the most essential prop when dressing up to look like an Italian is a cigarette.
Best of all, this will help Dutch social security.
The US Congress commissioned a report on the economic impact of anti-smoking campaigns which found that they were very bad ideas. Smokers pay more taxes and tend to die before they make large claims on social security.
