I first learned about DU at a public presentation by a Jesuit priest, G. Simon Harak. If you or your readers are not familiar with him, check him out:

Pints, your Jesuit Priest is not particularly priestly or following the way of Jesus when he lies about depleted uranium and Mark, you have a lot to learn. This whole article is bogus since DU never was used in Fallujah, but it is a classic example of a propagandist gathering up children with birth defects and blaming it on DU. That's what Saddam did and now the other Iraqis who hate the US do it as well. Neither claim ever was validated and the Fallujah claims have no validity whatsoever. How exactly does the Gulf War Syndrome, from the first US involvement in that region, figure in all this?
Fallujah has a dead or deformed baby born every 30 minutes from depleted uranium. Our own troops are dying of cancer from depleted uranium. My G*d, when are they going to outlaw depleted uranium?
