Thomas Jefferson and Robert Frost on the Oregon Rebellion

"I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical," said our third president on these heroes Robert Frost would have hailed as "insubordinate Americans" — Anti-Federalists In Oregon Continue To Hold Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

NPR obviously doesn't know who the "Anti-Federalists" were, but the term does somewhat apply. Interestingly, this is occurring very close to the proposed State of Jefferson
